Aside from the beautifully woven story centred on underworld cabal, religious recklessness and vengeance, Toyin introduced a new sensational discovery that has the potential to bench many actors with her outstanding performance in IJAKUMO: The Born-Again Stripper.
The multi-talented Toyin Abraham says that Lolade Okunsanya proves that an individual’s talent always rises to the top. “I first discovered her via her Instagram account, and her potential immediately wowed me. So I reached out to her and was stunned to learn that she had never acted. So I cast her in one of my YouTube films that I directed, LISTENING EARS. Lolade delivered with the skill level of a veteran actor.”
Lolade Okunsanya is one of the lead characters in IJAKUMO: The Born-Again Stripper, her first cinema film. Toyin boasts, “I promise you, her breakout performance in this spectacular movie will convince you. She is Nollywood’s newest superstar.”
