ONYEKA ONWENU, NKEM OWOH HEADLINE A MUSICAL OF NEW FILM ‘ILEOWO’

‘Ile Owo’ (House of Money) is about to hit the big screen of cinemas across Nigeria and possibly beyond. The suspense-filled thriller film was written and directed by Dare E. Olaitan.
The director, Dare E. Olaitan released a one-minute thriller of ‘Ile Owo’ on Wednesday, 20th April, 2022. The film features, Efe Iwara, Bisola Aiyeola, Bukunmi Adeaga-Ilori (Kie-kie), Sophie Alakija, Akin Lewis, Temisan Emmanuel, Demola Adedoyin, Mofe Duncan, Tina Mba, Immaculata Oko Kasum, Jide Oyegbile, Patrick Diabuah, Taye Arimoro, Ikponmwosa Gold.
‘Ile Owo’ tells the story of a lady named Busola who has been unlucky with love over the years yet, has the responsibility to lift her family from the depth of poverty by getting married. Eventually, she meets her perfect man, Tunji, a billionaire.
Busola struggles to know why a billionaire should fall in love with her let alone be ready to marry her but, she gives in still and that leads to a series of discoveries along the line after she accepts his proposal.
‘Ile Owo’ is a must-see for everyone who appreciates a classic story told in a simple but impactful genre. There’s going to be a surprise as the film director, Dare Olaitan is reportedly working on a musical set to star the veteran singer and actress, Onyeka Onwenu, the hilarious Nkem Owoh and singing duo The Cavemen.
‘Ile Owo’ is the first thriller genre co-produced by Kayode Kasum’s Film Trybe, Singularity Media, and Filmone Entertainment.
The film will be distributed across cinemas by June 24th, 2022.
